Astra Europa is now accepting applications for new members and volunteers. Over the past weeks, we have been working to establish governance structures, internal processes, and basic infrastructure needed for Astra Europa to grow responsibly. With many key foundations now in place, we are ready to begin welcoming new people into the organisation.
Astra Europa is still young, and the work ahead of us is substantial. Building a political organisation across Europe requires commitment, care, and a wide range of skills. Whether you want to contribute occasionally, become an active member of the community, or take on a more substantial organisational role, we would like to hear from you.
Who We Are Looking For
There is one application form, but there are many ways to contribute. Some applicants may simply want to support Astra Europa’s work when opportunities arise. Others may want to help organise events, participate in discussions, build local communities, or contribute to the party’s political and organisational development. Some may be interested in administrative responsibilities, coordination work, or future leadership roles.
All of these forms of participation are valuable.
In the application form, you will be asked to tell us about yourself, your interests, your experience, and the level of commitment you are able to offer. Based on this, we will work to place applicants into the appropriate onboarding process.
Skills and Experience
Astra Europa needs people from many different backgrounds and with many different levels of availability. We are building a broad organisation, and there is meaningful work to be done by volunteers, members, organisers, professionals, and supporters alike.
At this stage, we are especially looking for experienced people who are willing to roll up their sleeves and build Astra Europa with us as founding members. If you have experience in business, law, politics, public administration, communications, social organising, technology, research, or any other relevant field, we encourage you to mention this in your application.
We are also looking for people interested in helping to establish national chapters across the EU, EEA, and candidate countries. If you would like to contribute to the creation of an Astra Europa chapter in your country, please indicate this in the form.

Astra Europa is still run by a small team, and we want to give each application the attention it deserves. For that reason, replies may take some time.
