Your email address is used solely to send you the Astra Europa newsletter.
Legal basis: your explicit consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)).
4. How long do we keep your data?
We keep your email address for as long as you remain subscribed. When you unsubscribe, your data is deleted within 30 days.
5. Do we share your data with third parties?
Your data is not sold or shared with third parties, except:
- Brevo (Sendinblue SAS) — our newsletter platform, used to send and manage subscriptions. Brevo is a French company subject to GDPR. Their privacy policy is available at brevo.com.
6. What are your rights?
You have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
- Correction — have inaccurate data corrected
- Deletion — request that your data be deleted
- Withdrawal of consent — unsubscribe at any time via the link in any newsletter
Send your request to info@astra-europa.nl. We will respond within 30 days (GDPR Article 12).
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens: www.autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
7. Security
Your data is processed exclusively over secure connections (HTTPS). Access to subscriber data is restricted to authorised personnel.
8. No automated decision-making
We do not use profiling or automated decision-making based on your data.
